As part of the EPA Group, we are proud to partner with the West Ham United Foundation.
Our mission is to develop pathways for sports scholarships, elite performance and training programmes throughout South East Asia. This partnership will lead to the region’s most talented players following a developmental path from the EPA/West Ham United Foundation programme either as a pathway into higher education through sports, applying for scholarships, a career in sport, or if talented enough all the way; to the first team!

A Long-Term Partnership to benefit children in Thailand
The SEAL Cubs Football Academy offers expert, fun instruction and a wide range of programme’s for all ages of players.
The football programme emphasises individual skill development and teamwork. Children ages 5-18 learn through expert instruction from fully qualified coaches, where they will have the opportunity to play all year round not just during school terms. Our Lion Cubs classes for 5-7 year old’s focus on the fundamentals of sport, while our developmental youth classes for 8-14-year old’s concentrate on more advanced skills development, and tactical awareness.
Working with our partners, the West Ham United Foundation, our Elite Player Pathway will provide an opportunity for young players to work with highly qualified staff to progress their game and provide educational and professional pathways.
Following an SEAL FC Academy Talent ID Trial, players are signposted and invited to join sessions that are the correct level for them. Our Talent ID Trials are open for 5 to 16 year olds.
All of our sessions are based on the English FA’s 4-corner model with the session including Technical, Physical, Psychological and Social aspects.
